The Functional Analyst (Senior) will work closely with government customers to design, implement, and optimize workflows and data interfaces for a new cloud-based government contracting software system. This position requires expertise in government contracting processes, software integration, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to effectively gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support system development. The Functional Analyst (Senior) will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between systems, developing functional workflows, coordinating with development teams, and managing customer expectations throughout the software development lifecycle. The individual must have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, and experience in cloud-based software solutions for government applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Five (5) or more years of experience working with government contracting systems and processes.

• Experience with cloud-based software development, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), COTS, GOTS or Commercial Service solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in managing customer interactions using Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with government software compliance and security requirements, such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA. Proficiency in workflow development, data modeling, and API integration.
